Billing, Trial & Cancellation Policy

New organizations receive a 7-day trial with no payment card required. During the trial you can use entitled workspace features. If the trial ends without a paid subscription, the workspace locks. Existing jobs, customers, vehicles, and reports stay saved. Settings, Help, billing, and sign-out remain available.

After the trial, continued full access requires a paid ResultFolio subscription. There is one plan with current product features.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You complete Checkout on Stripe-hosted pages. From Settings, Manage billing opens the Stripe Customer Portal for payment method, invoices, and cancellation.

If you subscribe before the free trial ends, the paid subscription begins and your payment method may be charged immediately.

You may subscribe monthly or annually. Annual billing is priced as two months free relative to twelve monthly payments at the same rate.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel or the subscription otherwise ends. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method on file for each renewal. Stripe may add applicable taxes at Checkout.

The first 20 organizations that complete a qualifying paid subscription receive Founding Member pricing: $29/month or $290/year. After those slots are claimed, the rate is $39/month or $390/year.

Starting a trial does not use a Founding Member slot. Founding Member pricing stays locked only while that qualifying subscription remains continuously active. If a Founding Member subscription fully ends, a later subscription uses then-current pricing unless ResultFolio expressly agrees otherwise.

Cancel through Settings → Billing → Manage billing, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep access until that period ends unless the portal shows a different date.

Canceling stops future renewals. It does not by itself delete your organization data. If a paid period ends and you have no remaining trial, the workspace may lock until you resubscribe.

If a renewal payment fails, your subscription may become past due and access may be interrupted. Keep a valid payment method on file.

Payments are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated credits, except where required by law or where ResultFolio expressly approves a refund or credit. Stripe invoices are the commercial record of charges. Questions: support@resultfolio.com.

List prices may change for new customers. We will not move a Founding Member to standard pricing while that organization remains continuously subscribed at Founding Member rates. Material price changes for standard plans will be communicated in the product or by email.
